Diagnose and repair reefer units (Thermo King and Carrier Transicold) Refrigerant recovery, evacuation, leak detection, and recharge (R-404A, R-452A, etc.) Engine repairs on reefer diesel power units (Yanmar, Kubota, TK 486/488, Carrier CT-series) Belt, alternator, starter, fuel system, and cooling system service on reefer units Pre-trip inspections, performance testing, and temperature pulldown verification Full trailer repairs — brakes (drum/disc, S-cam, slack adjusters, air chambers), suspension (air ride, spring), ABS systems Trailer body work — doors, hinges, seals, floors, roofs, scuff liners, lights, wiring harnesses, ABS, 7-way plugs DOT inspections and Federal Annual Inspections (FAI) on trailers

Job Requirements:

2+ years experience servicing transport refrigeration units Working knowledge of refrigeration cycle, superheat/subcool, and pressure-temperature relationships Trailer repair fundamentals — brakes, suspension, ABS, lights
