Roselle, IL Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00

PM Pay Rate:

$23.00/hour

Required as needed Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Technician to join our manufacturing team at the Kawneer/Arconic facility in Roselle, IL. The Production Technician will operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting established production, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows instructions accurately, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Follow all established safety procedures, policies, and guidelines. Safely operate one or more pieces of production equipment. Maintain production pace while meeting established quality standards. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Perform quality checks throughout the production process. Visually inspect in-process and finished products for defects. Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Perform safety-sensitive tasks in accordance with established procedures. Work overtime as required to support production needs. Perform other production duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or similar experience preferred. Ability to safely operate production equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work required overtime. Strong commitment to workplace safety and established procedures. Work Environment This is a manufacturing/production environment requiring employees to follow established safety procedures and perform safety-sensitive tasks. Candidates must be comfortable working around production equipment and maintaining consistent quality and productivity standards.
