$73,000-$83,000 + Full Benefits, Corporate Environment (Consistent Schedule), PTO, and More. We are seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Advisor to support drivers, fleet managers, and repair facilities by coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role combines automotive knowledge, customer service, problem-solving, and administrative skills to keep vehicles safe, reliable, and on the road. Must be fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Review vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations and determine appropriate next steps. Coordinate repair approvals, purchase orders, towing, and temporary transportation as needed. Serve as a primary contact for drivers, fleet managers, vendors, and repair facilities. Explain repair estimates, maintenance recommendations, and warranty coverage to customers. Review and audit invoices, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues. Negotiate repair costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Resolve service issues while minimizing vehicle downtime. Collaborate with internal teams and assist with additional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual in English and French . High school diploma or equivalent experience. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Automotive or mechanical knowledge/experience preferred. Experience in automotive service, fleet management, leasing, or a related field preferred. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard computer applications. ASE certification, automotive technical education, or mechanic experience is a plus.
