What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role is to build relationships, clearly communicate vehicle needs, and guide customers through the repair process with honesty and confidence.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and creating an exceptional first impression Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle symptoms accurately Communicating effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair recommendations Presenting repair options in a clear, educational, and pressure-free manner Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process Scheduling appointments and managing workflow efficiently Helping customers prioritize needed repairs based on safety, reliability, and budget Building long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Strong communication and customer service skills Automotive knowledge and the ability to explain technical information in simple terms A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people Excellent organizational and computer skills A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve The ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment A long-term mindset and commitment to personal and professional growth Why Cergizan's Auto & Truck Repair?
