Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace defective parts and components. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Maintain a clean, professional work environment

Qualifications/Requirements:

Prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic required (Mazda experience preferred, but not required) Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fastâ€'paced environment with consistent workflow Mazda or ASE certifications a plus, but not required Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent.
