Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, and other vehicle components Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrains, transmissions, steering, brakes, and electrical wiring diagrams interpretation Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and suspension system repairs Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently Repair diesel engines and work on GM vehicles or other makes with a focus on quality and safety standards Use hand tools and power tools skillfully to disassemble, repair, or replace faulty parts Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed, estimated timeframes, and maintenance recommendations to ensure excellent customer service experience Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics Hands-on experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and vehicle alignment procedures Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures across various systems including powertrain, suspension, transmission, and vehicle systems overall Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and understanding automotive diagnostics processes Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately Experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment while adhering to safety standards Join us today to be part of a team that values technical excellence, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional service.
