Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and identifying their service and repair needs Performing vehicle walk-arounds and accurately documenting customer concerns Creating complete repair orders and preparing accurate estimates Explaining maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently Reviewing estimates promptly and obtaining customer authorization Recommending necessary services while maintaining customer trust Communicating with technicians and parts team members to keep repairs moving efficiently Providing customers with timely updates throughout the day Reviewing completed work, charges, warranties, and future maintenance needs Following up with customers after service is completed Handling customer concerns professionally and working toward positive solutions Maintaining strong customer satisfaction and performance results Building long-term relationships through honesty, transparency, and exceptional service Because appointments are handled through our centralized Service BDC, you can focus on serving customers, managing repair orders, and maximizing your earning potential. What We're Looking For Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience New-car dealership experience strongly preferred Subaru experience is a major plus Experience with CareConnect and Auto/Mate is a plus Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong organization and time-management abilities The ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment Confidence explaining and recommending automotive services A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude A commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving performance goals Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent preferred Saturday availability required Bilingual skills are a plus This position requires frequent sitting and standing and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
