We work almost exclusively on Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and MINI vehicles. We don't rely on tools described as "factory-level." We use the same diagnostic equipment, software, service information, and specialized tools that the manufacturers supply to their new-car dealers. Our experienced team includes ASE Certified Master Technicians with more than 90 years of combined European automotive experience. The Position This is not a volume shop, and this is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a good B-level technician and would be equally happy to hear from an experienced A-level technician. European experience is preferred, but not required for the right person. We will consider a strong technician with solid fundamentals, good diagnostic ability, and a genuine desire to become an accomplished European specialist. You don't need to know everything. You do need to care about the quality of your work and want to keep getting better. What You'll Do Service, diagnose, and repair European vehicles Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability problems Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, service information, and repair procedures Work alongside experienced BMW and Mercedes-Benz specialists Focus on accurate diagnosis and quality repairs—not simply getting the car out the door What We're Looking For At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience Solid mechanical and electrical fundamentals Good diagnostic and problem-solving ability European experience preferred Ability to work independently while also working well with the rest of the team Professional attitude and attention to detail A genuine desire to learn and continually improve Why Bridgewater Motor Works?
