Euro Car Center LLC is seeking a detail-oriented European Automotive Service Advisor Assistant with experience in European automotive parts. In this role, you will work closely with our Service Manager and technicians to support daily operations, including parts ordering, scheduling, workflow coordination, and shop organization. Qualifications:
High school or GED equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience with European automotive parts (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, MINI, Land Rover, etc.) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to follow systems and processes consistently Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Basic computer proficiency and experience with shop management software is a plus Professional phone etiquette, strong customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Order European vehicle parts accurately and efficiently Work with the Service Manager to schedule appointments and maintain an efficient shop workflow Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery Maintain an organized parts inventory and clean work environment Assist technicians by ensuring parts are available when needed Provide courteous, professional customer service in person and over the phone Support day-to-day shop operations and administrative tasks Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace focused on quality and customer satisfaction
