You are paid for your time, experience, and expertise. In addition to your hourly wage, eligible technicians can earn productivity and performance bonuses , with overtime opportunities and overtime pay available .

• 45/hr Actual position and compensation are based on experience, ASE certifications, demonstrated skill level, diagnostic ability, productivity, quality of work, and ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.

ENTRY-LEVEL / APPRENTICE

Start Your Automotive Career With Us This position is ideal for someone who is new to the automotive industry, currently attending automotive school, working as a lube technician, or looking to begin a career in professional automotive repair. We are especially interested in individuals who want to learn the trade and progress into a full technician role. You don't need to know everything when you start. We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes direction well, and has a genuine interest in automotive repair. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and routine maintenance Perform tire rotations and multi-point inspections Replace filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other maintenance items Mount and balance tires Perform basic vehicle checks and inspections Assist experienced technicians with repairs Assist with shop maintenance and organization Accurately document work performed on repair orders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow shop safety and quality standards Learn proper repair procedures and shop processes Requirements Basic automotive knowledge or genuine interest in learning automotive repair Automotive school enrollment or previous lube/automotive experience preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable and hardworking attitude Willingness to learn and accept coaching Ability to work effectively as part of a team ASE certification is a plus, but not required Advancement Opportunity Our goal is to help motivated Lube Techs develop the skills necessary to advance into Tech I and beyond. JUNIOR AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

You've Moved Beyond Basic Maintenance Tech I is for an automotive professional who has developed a solid foundation of mechanical knowledge and is ready to take on more substantial repairs. You may have completed automotive school, worked as a lube technician, earned one or more ASE certifications, or gained hands-on experience that demonstrates you're ready for the next step. Tech I technicians should be comfortable performing more than routine maintenance while continuing to develop their diagnostic and repair skills. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and general mechanical repairs Perform brake system repairs Perform steering and suspension repairs Perform cooling system repairs Perform basic engine repairs and services Perform battery, starting, and charging system repairs Use basic scan tools and diagnostic equipment Assist with electrical diagnostics and repairs Perform tire service, mounting, and balancing Complete multi-point inspections and document findings Follow manufacturer repair procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Seek assistance when repairs or diagnostics exceed current skill level Continue developing technical knowledge and diagnostic ability Requirements Demonstrated automotive mechanical knowledge Ability to perform common automotive repairs with limited supervision Automotive school, lube technician, or professional repair experience preferred Ability to use common automotive hand and power tools Basic scan tool experience preferred ASE certification preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong willingness to continue learning Commitment to quality workmanship and customer safety TECH II —

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Put Your Experience and Skills to Work Tech II technicians have demonstrated the ability to independently perform a broad range of automotive repairs and diagnostics. This position is for a technician who is confident handling larger repairs, understands diagnostic processes, and can complete most common repairs with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair brake, steering, and suspension systems Perform cooling system repairs Perform engine repairs and services Perform exhaust and general mechanical repairs Diagnose starting and charging systems Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment Perform A/C service and repairs Diagnose drivability concerns Perform timing belt/chain and other major mechanical repairs as qualified Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Perform quality-control checks Accurately document diagnostic findings and repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with training and mentoring less-experienced technicians Ask for assistance when a repair or diagnostic concern exceeds current expertise Requirements 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Comfortable performing larger mechanical repairs Experience using scan tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to diagnose common mechanical and electrical concerns ASE certifications preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Commitment to quality workmanship and customer safety

SENIOR / MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Be the Technician Others Look To Tech III is our highest-level technician position and is designed for an experienced technician with advanced diagnostic, electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities. Tech III technicians handle some of the shop's most challenging repairs while helping establish a high standard of technical excellence, quality, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a position for a technician who not only knows how to repair vehicles , but how to diagnose problems correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems Diagnose complex drivability and electrical concerns Use advanced scan tools and diagnostic equipment Perform complex mechanical and diagnostic repairs Diagnose intermittent and difficult-to-duplicate concerns Perform advanced electrical diagnostics Use wiring diagrams and manufacturer diagnostic procedures Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, including oscilloscopes when appropriate Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis Assist with difficult diagnostic cases throughout the shop Help train and mentor other technicians Work closely with Service Advisors to identify and explain repair needs Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards Consistently produce high-quality, efficient repairs Help achieve strong first-time-fix results Assist in maintaining technical standards and best practices throughout the shop Requirements 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred OEM/manufacturer training is a plus Advanced experience with scan tools and diagnostic equipment Oscilloscope experience is a plus ADAS diagnostic/calibration experience is a plus Hybrid/EV experience is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality, safety, and professional workmanship Ability and willingness to mentor other technicians
