Automotive Service Writer/Advisor AA Auto Service Center Temple Hills, MD Job Details Part-time | Full-time Up to $600 a week 16 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Customer communication Computer literacy Customer order taking English Driver's License Automotive service Automotive parts and accessories knowledge Full Job Description Job Summary Job Description Must have knowledge of Auto repairs/parts/billing Must be able to follow directions and be on time prefer you have experience using all data manage online and or Mitchell Must be organized and take orders efficiently Must be able to do jobs outside of described description if needed Punctuality is extremely important Will be working with customers, so must have friendly and outgoing personality Must know how to use a computer and follow procedures (Training will be provided for the right candidate) Self-starter/motivated ++Plus if you can speak Spanish & English fluently++ Part-time job and there may be room for full-time in the future Need a Valid Drivers License and Clean criminal history (background check and drug screening) Must be authorized to work in the USA •Email resume and compensation to be considered •Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance. Prepare accurate service estimates and communicate them clearly to customers. Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work is documented properly. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Uphold dealership standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively, ensuring clear communication. Must have a valid/active Drivers license
