We are looking for a dependable and experienced Automotive Technician to join us! Position Overview The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, takes pride in producing quality work, and can work efficiently in a professional shop environment. Experience with Mercedes‑Benz, European vehicles, or advanced diagnostics is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications Perform thorough vehicle inspections and document findings Communicate repair findings clearly to the service advisor/shop manager Use diagnostic equipment, service information, and wiring diagrams Complete assigned repairs correctly and within reasonable time expectations Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Perform quality-control checks before returning vehicles to customers Follow all company procedures and safety standards Requirements Proven service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs Experience servicing Mercedes‑Benz or European vehicles preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Ability to operate diagnostic scanners and standard shop equipment Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail Must provide personal hand tools Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$49,000-$78,000 annually (depending on experience) Pay structure:
