Grondin is seeking Heavy Equipment & Heavy Truck Technicians to maintain and repair our fleet of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, and support vehicles. Positions are available for developing, experienced, and senior-level technicians. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, electrical, brake, drivetrain, and related systems. Complete shop and field repairs on heavy equipment and trucks. Maintain accurate service records and properly care for tools and work areas. Follow company safety and environmental procedures. Qualifications Heavy equipment, diesel, truck, fleet, automotive, or related mechanical experience preferred. Ability to safely use hand, power, and diagnostic tools. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. CDL, technical training, and relevant certifications are a plus. Technician level and compensation are based on demonstrated skill, diagnostic ability, and experience.
