Skills and Qualifications TRU/Refrigeration diagnostics and repair Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting HVAC, APU, heater, and A/C system repair Trailer and brake system maintenance Tire installation, repair, and alignment Diagnostic tool and computer proficiency Preventive maintenance experience DOT and safety compliance knowledge Problem-solving and technical decision-making Documentation and warranty administration Strong teamwork and communication skills Job Description Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) following OEM procedures, including refrigeration systems, electrical systems, climate control systems, APUs, heaters, A/C units, and trailer refrigeration components. Maintain and repair trailers, including electrical wiring, lighting, landing gear, interior panels, roofs, flooring, doors, thresholds, and tire seals. Service and repair tractor-trailer braking systems (hydraulic, air, ABS/EBS), including inspections, adjustments, and component replacement. Perform tire services, including installation, removal, flat repairs, balancing, and advanced axle alignments using electronic alignment equipment. Receive fuel deliveries, conduct fuel sampling, monitor fuel levels, ensure safety compliance, and complete required documentation. Process warranty repairs and claims, including accurate documentation, tagging, parts retention, and claim submission. Diagnose equipment issues, identify repair solutions, order parts, and perform maintenance on tractors, trailers, forklifts, shop equipment, service vehicles, air compressors, and other fleet equipment. Complete work orders, maintenance records, logs, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and DOT regulations. Collaborate with and support fellow technicians to maintain equipment reliability and operational excellence.

Pay:

$37.10 - $40.60 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
