Automotive Oil Change / Lube Technician Join Our Service Team - Start or Grow Your Career in the Automotive Industry! We are looking for a dependable, motivated Oil Change / Lube Technician to join our growing service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on vehicles, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants the opportunity to grow within the automotive industry. Whether you have previous shop experience or are looking to start your automotive career, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately Perform tire rotations and tire pressure checks Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items Check and top off vehicle fluids Perform basic vehicle inspections Identify and communicate maintenance or safety concerns Maintain accurate documentation of completed services Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Properly operate lifts, tools, and shop equipment Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures Assist technicians and service team members when needed Help provide every customer with a professional, high-quality service experience Qualifications Automotive experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical automotive service work Willingness to learn and develop automotive skills Ability to work well as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time hours Paid training Opportunities for overtime Employee discounts Medical, dental, and vision benefits
