In-Person Pay:

From $50,000 per year + Commission Briarwood Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy and growing Service Department! If you're a motivated automotive professional who enjoys working with customers, understands vehicle repairs, and wants an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your earnings , we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide professional, friendly service to every customer Answer phones and greet customers when they arrive Schedule and manage service appointments Accurately write and manage repair orders Listen to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers Maintain strong communication throughout the repair process Follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner Help deliver an outstanding overall service experience

QUALIFICATIONS
