In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance. - Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components.
- Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently.
- Work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto electrical systems to troubleshoot modern vehicle features.
- Follow dealership or industry standards for auto body repairs, auto estimating, and heavy equipment mechanics when applicable.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers about repairs needed and completed work. Requirements
- Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems repair.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, automotive suspension system repair, transmission repair, and ADAS technology.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Certification or experience in brake repair, oil change services, tire service, shocks & struts replacement is desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Pay:
$18.00- $30.
