Starting compensation will be based on applicant's previous level of experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous dealership experience (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus);
• Experience working in a dealership's Service Department;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain automotive issues.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the dealership;
• Listening to customer's vehicle-related concerns and accurately documenting on a Repair Order;
• Communicating with Technicians to understand required vehicle repairs and timing;
• Continuously updating customer's on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process;
• A strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction Scores;
• Problem solving and thinking on your feet.
