Starting compensation will be based on applicant's previous level of experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous dealership experience (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus);
- Experience working in a dealership's Service Department;
- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain automotive issues.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers as they enter the dealership;
- Listening to customer's vehicle-related concerns and accurately documenting on a Repair Order;
- Communicating with Technicians to understand required vehicle repairs and timing;
- Continuously updating customer's on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process;
- A strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction Scores;
- Problem solving and thinking on your feet.
