•36.63 Schedule Monday-Friday day schedule Flexible scheduling available Some evening and occasional weekend hours may be required No on-call Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations Provide individual and group therapy for adults Develop person-centered treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and community providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in clinical supervision and interdisciplinary team meetings Coordinate discharge planning and ongoing client care Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Active Michigan license: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience (internship/fieldwork accepted) Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire Strong communication and documentation skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid holidays Flexible scheduling Paid training IRS mileage reimbursement for approved travel
