Partner directly with technicians to track repair velocity, verify parts arrival, and hold the line on dead-on delivery times. Keep Customers in the

Loop:

Deliver proactive, real-time updates through text and phone so clients never have to wonder where their vehicle stands. Deliver the

What You Bring The Experience:

Proven track record at an automotive service desk (dealership background is ideal, but independent shop rockstars are welcome).

The Polish:

Stellar interpersonal and consultative sales skills—you listen, educate, and close without being pushy.

Air Traffic Control Skills:

The mental toughness to handle ringing phones, tech questions, and walk-ins without breaking stride or missing a detail.

Tech Literacy:
