WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles Perform maintenance services and mechanical repairs Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections Work alongside experienced technicians to expand your diagnostic abilities Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2-5
years of professional automotive repair experience Strong foundation in maintenance and mechanical repairs Able to diagnose common vehicle concerns independently Hungry to learn advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting Honest, dependable, and accountable Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Takes pride in doing the job right the first time ASE certifications are a plus
COMPENSATION
Our flat-rate pay rewards productive technicians.
Flag hour rate:
$30-$45/hour (based on experience and productivity) Expected annual earnings: $70,000-$110,000+ Consistent workflow Performance-based earning potential
