Who We're Looking For We're looking for A

•& B-Level Technicians

• who can confidently handle most repairs and maintenance work independently while continuing to grow their diagnostic abilities. This is NOT an entry-level role, and it's NOT for someone who just wants to "clock in and out." What You'll Be Doing Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles Handle maintenance and repair jobs with minimal supervision Accurately document vehicle conditions and recommended services Work closely with the service advisor team to ensure clear communication Maintain a clean, organized workspace Follow shop processes and workflows for consistency and efficiency Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong knowledge of engines, drivetrain, electrical, brakes, suspension, steering, and maintenance services Basic diagnostic ability (electrical and drivability is a plus) Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license ASE certifications are a plus (not required, but encouraged) Why This Job Is Different We are not a "churn and burn" shop.
