Fleet Mechanic / Equipment Technician Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime Available) Competitive pay based on experience + Full Benefits Package About the

Role:

We are looking for a skilled, independent Fleet Mechanic to keep our operations moving. In this role, you will take ownership of our fleet vehicles and support equipment, ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. If you are a self-motivated problem solver who loves working with minimal supervision and taking pride in a well-maintained fleet, we want to hear from you.

Daily Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:

Diagnose, service, and maintain a diverse inventory of fleet vehicles and support equipment.

System Diagnostics:

Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, front-end components, and mechanical issues.

Tool & Equipment Repair:

Inspect, repair, and maintain shop tools and specialized support gear to maximize uptime.

Independent Problem Solving:

Manage your daily workflow with little supervision, prioritizing urgent repairs to keep our team on the road.
