$45,000-$70,000 Reeves Tire & Automotive is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants the opportunity to increase their income through performance-based bonuses. What You'll Do Help customers with tire and automotive service needs Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs Sell tires, maintenance, and automotive services Communicate with technicians and customers Schedule appointments and answer phones Keep customers updated on vehicle repairs Complete and close repair orders Help meet store sales and customer-service goals What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Positive and professional attitude Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable discussing and selling recommended services Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic automotive knowledge preferred Previous automotive, tire, service advisor, or sales experience is a plus Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with strong customer-service and sales ability.
