Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics for complex repairs such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and automotive electrical systems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicle safety standards are met or exceeded. Must have your own tools Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently. Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on automotive service excellence. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle types Automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues. Skilled in transmission repair, automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment, brake repair, and shocks & struts replacement. Experience working with diesel mechanics and performing diesel engine repairs. Proficient with auto estimating software and vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools safely and effectively.
