Sanel NAPA is looking for an Auto Parts Sales Associate to join our Exeter, NH team!
Youll be one of the first people our customers see when they walk through our doorsand the person they turn to when they need help finding the right part. Whether you're an experienced automotive parts professional or someone with great customer service skills who wants to learn the industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll DoWelcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in-store and over the phoneHelp customers find the right automotive parts and solutions for their needsUse your problem-solving skills and available resources to identify the right part the first timeBuild relationships with retail customers and professional automotive customersProcess sales and payments accurately using computer and point-of-sale systemsManage special orders and help ensure customers receive their parts on timeSupport inventory organization and daily store operationsWork with your teammates to create a safe, organized, and positive store environmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDMust be 18 years of age or olderCustomer service, retail, sales, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plusInterest in learning about automotive parts and productsPositive attitude and willingness to help othersStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable using computers and learning new technologyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentValid driver's license required; Motor Vehicle Record check requiredNo automotive experience?
