What You'll Do Vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Diagnose vehicle concerns and identify the cause of mechanical malfunctions. Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures throughout the repair process. Perform vehicle testing and road tests to verify completed repairs. Track labor time and document repair details, inspections, and test results. Maintain required personal tools and ensure specialty tools are returned to designated locations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked while using shop materials responsibly. Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean and professional condition. Complete required training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications. Collaborate with team members, uphold workplace standards, and promptly report safety or operational concerns. What You'll Bring Dealership or Private Repair Experience B and C Technician levels highly preferred! Experience repairing all makes and models ASE Certifications, a plus Great work ethic Team player Desire to grow your career with the best in the business Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record A great attitude! Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $20 to $30. This is a flat-rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on productivity.
