Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Automotive Mechanic will play a vital role in providing reliable vehicle repairs and maintenance services in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform automotive repair and maintenance on a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Repair and replace brake components, suspension systems, transmissions, and other vehicle parts as needed. Perform wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to carry out repairs with precision. Maintain detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and services performed. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and addressing customer concerns professionally. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations. Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, suspensions, transmissions, and diagnostics tools. Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for vehicle repair. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively. Certification from an accredited automotive technical school or relevant industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
