Joe Basil Chevrolet is looking for a Mobility Vehicle Service Technician to join our Basil Mobility team. This position is responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobility equipment and vehicle accessibility products. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in doing quality work. Experience with automotive repair, electrical systems, mobility equipment, or vehicle modifications is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Install and service wheelchair lifts, ramps, hand controls, and other mobility equipment Modify vehicles to accommodate customers with mobility needs Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Perform quality inspections and ensure installations are completed safely and correctly Read and follow installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical information Work with service and mobility team members to complete customer projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate with the team regarding repairs, parts, and project status Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality

What We're Looking For:

Automotive, mechanical, electrical, or fabrication experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read and follow technical instructions Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Valid driver's license and a good driving record Previous mobility vehicle experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Basil?
