We have plenty of work and we're willing to consider multiple skill levels. You don't need to be a Nissan Master Technician. We're interested in experienced technicians, but we're also interested in developing someone who has a solid mechanical foundation, wants to work and wants to continue improving their skills. If you're a C-level technician who wants to become a B-tech or an A-tech, we want to help you get there. The Opportunity This is a flat-rate technician position in a busy shop with plenty of available work. We're looking for technicians who want to turn hours, improve their skills and build a long-term career. Your flat-rate hourly rate will be based on your experience, certifications and skill level. Experienced technicians are encouraged to apply, but we will not overlook someone with less experience who has the right attitude and work ethic.
