We're primarily looking for an experienced technician who is confident with diagnostics and repairs across a variety of makes and models, but we're open to different experience levels for the right person. Compensation is based on experience, skill level, certifications, and capabilities. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Paid vacation + sick days 401(k) with company match Monthly training opportunities Employee discount Company-provided uniforms Quality equipment, scanners, lifts, and diagnostic resources Modern shop management systems A stable, team-oriented work environment A growing and loyal customer base What You'll Be Doing Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns Perform repairs and maintenance across a variety of makes and models Complete vehicle inspections and identify necessary or recommended repairs Repair systems including brakes, steering and suspension, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more Use your tools alongside shop-provided diagnostic equipment, scanners, lifts, and resources Accurately document inspections, diagnoses, and completed repairs Work with service advisors to provide a great customer experience Stay current with automotive technology and repair techniques What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred , but we're open to technicians with less experience who demonstrate strong skills and a desire to keep developing Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic abilities Experience across multiple makes, models, and systems Reliability, consistency, and pride in your work Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Your own professional automotive repair tools ASE Certifications preferred; willingness to obtain and maintain certifications NY State Inspector's License is a big plus and can also be obtained after hire Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Don't check every box?
