What You'll Do Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires. Complete oil changes, filter services, and basic preventive maintenance. Inspect brakes and steering systems; assist with basic repairs. Drain and fill coolant systems. Keep a clean, organized shop and maintain tools/equipment. Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and customers. What We're Looking For 1+ years tire, lube, or general auto shop experience preferred. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Must be at least 21 years old. No relocation offered - must be able to commute to Cortland, OH.
