In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Duties Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems , suspensions, brakes, steering, and alignments. Service and maintain vehicles through oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs with precision while adhering to safety standards. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and auto estimating software to determine repair procedures and costs accurately. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair; tire experience is a plus. Knowledge of automotive components, and suspension systems. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics for efficient troubleshooting. Ability to work with various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive maintenance equipment safely. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose vehicle issues quickly. Customer service skills that enable clear communication about repairs and build trust with clients. Valid certifications in automotive repair or related fields; ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is desirable.
