What We're Looking For A-Level diagnostic and repair ability Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills Capable of handling everything from maintenance to major repairs Efficient without sacrificing quality Takes ownership of their work Performs thorough digital inspections (we utilize Tekmetric) Communicates clearly with advisors; writing great stories for advisors to sell work Can work independently without being babysat Hungry to produce 50-60+ hours per week Wants to be surrounded by other people who want to win You have a great attitude and takes accountability on mistakes Diesel experience is a plus, but it is NOT required.
