We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair on all makes and models. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues efficiently. As an Automotive Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your mechanical expertise to maintain and repair vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all makes and models as needed. Diagnose automotive issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicles needs. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Maintain a clean and safe work space Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair practices. Experience with diesel engine repair is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE certifications or equivalent is required within 90 days of start date.
