Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other services to ensure the safety and performance of vehicles. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and are passionate about delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

Excellent listening and communication skills Strong work ethic Maintain valid driver's license with insurable driving record Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify potential issues Perform oil changes and other maintenance tasks as needed Rotate and balance tires to ensure optimal vehicle performance Utilize hand tools to complete tasks, including wrenches, sockets, and pliers Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and answering questions Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle maintenance procedures and techniques Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex tasks Meet or exceed dealership standards for service quality and efficiency Utilize automotive repair knowledge to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues Complete all tasks in accordance with dealership policies and procedures

Experience:

1+ years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance Strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair Experience with oil changes and tire rotations Familiarity with hand tools and their proper use Proven ability to work well in a team environment Experience working in a dealership or similar environment We offer several benefits as an Albany Toyota team member including partially employer paid medical and dental plans, supplemental group insurance options, 401(k), employee discounts, holiday pay, sick pay and paid time off.
