• Flat Rate Pay Role and Responsibilities The B-Level Automotive Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our dealership seeks individuals with creativity to provide "world class" customer-oriented service support, insuring customer satisfaction.
• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses the cause of malfunction and performs the needed repair.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain the needed parts.
• Examines the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Advises service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
• Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed as required, keeping in mind safety and seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customers concerns.
• Complete correct repair order; write-in or input by computer all repair orders clearly. Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician - B Level or higher
