Roadrunner Pizza is a family-owned pizza manufacturer specializing in fresh-dough pizzas. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Employee to join our team. This position will primarily work in our dough room but may also assist in our USDA production room as needed. Job Responsibilities Prepare ingredients, mix dough, and monitor dough consistency according to established recipes and procedures. Operate dough production equipment, including the mixer, divider, rounder, former, docker, and sheeter. Form and sheet dough to the required size, thickness, and weight for different pizza products. Monitor dough as it moves through the production line, making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and consistency. Perform routine weight and quality checks throughout production. Assist with placing dough into trays, pizza assembly, topping, packaging, and other tasks in the USDA production room as needed. Set up, disassemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment and work areas according to established procedures. Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety requirements. Work with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality. Qualifications Previous food manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable operating production equipment, and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks. Must also be willing to work in different production areas as needed. We are a small, team-oriented company looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn, and can grow with our team.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
