Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a residential community in Gladstone, OR. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in providing quality service and keeping a property running smoothly. Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders in occupied apartment homes Perform apartment turns and make-ready repairs Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks Maintain the appearance and safety of common areas and grounds Assist with preventive maintenance projects Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliance repair HVAC experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform physical maintenance duties throughout the day Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Up to $27/hour Weekly pay Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday Opportunity to gain experience with a professional apartment community If you are a dependable maintenance professional looking for your next opportunity, we encourage you to apply today.
