Priority hiring in Tennessee, North Carolina & South Carolina; open to other U.S. locations for qualified CDL crew leaders. Field Tech-only positions are limited to candidates within approximately 50-100 miles of Redmond, Oregon. Position Overview We is seeking experienced Field Technicians and Crew Leaders to support bridge-related construction and field operations. The highest priority is for candidates who already hold a valid Class A CDL and have hands-on experience leading or running field crews . The client would particularly like to identify candidates based in Tennessee, North Carolina, or South Carolina , but will consider other locations when the candidate's experience and travel economics make sense. Responsibilities Perform hands-on field and general construction work related to bridge projects. Lead, coordinate, and work alongside field crews. Operate and transport equipment as required. Follow project plans, safety procedures, and direction from management. Troubleshoot field issues and assist with problem-solving. Work safely on platforms suspended over the side of or underneath bridge structures. Maintain a cooperative and productive team environment. Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Required Qualifications 2+ years of general construction experience. Valid Class A CDL preferred/required for priority Crew Lead candidates. Demonstrated experience running, supervising, or leading construction/field crews. Mechanical aptitude. Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR. Ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 60 days of hire if not already licensed. Basic math skills. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Familiarity with OSHA and construction safety requirements. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to work at heights and on platforms suspended over or underneath bridge structures. Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
