Automotive Technician All Phase Automotive, Inc. is a busy independent automotive repair shop located in Aston, PA. We are looking to add a full-time Automotive Technician to our team. We are especially interested in someone with 1-3 years of automotive repair experience , but experience is not required for the right candidate . We are willing to consider entry-level technicians, recent automotive school graduates, and mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to learn and build their skills. Pay & Schedule $22.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 30-minute lunch Two 15-minute breaks Responsibilities Depending on experience and skill level, responsibilities may include: Performing routine automotive maintenance and repairs Oil changes, brake work, suspension repairs and other general repairs Vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics Identifying and communicating vehicle problems Following repair procedures and shop safety practices Maintaining a clean and organized work area Working with other members of the shop to complete repairs efficiently Learning and developing additional automotive repair skills Training and guidance will be provided to the right entry-level candidate.

Qualifications Required:

Valid driver's license Reliable attendance and transportation Basic mechanical aptitude Ability and willingness to learn Ability to work well with others Ability to perform physical duties associated with automotive repair Preferred, but not required: 1-3 years of automotive repair experience Automotive trade school or technical training ASE certifications PA State Inspection/Emissions credentials Experience with automotive diagnostics Previous experience working in a repair shop or dealership We encourage entry-level technicians and recent automotive school graduates to apply.
