We specialize in innovative trailer solutions, including our Scroll-Tek design, for customers who depend on durable, well-built equipment. We're a faith-based, close-knit team that takes pride in our work, supports one another, and strives to exceed our customers' expectations. What You'll Do as a Trailer Technician Build and assemble tractor-trailers and their components from the ground up. Install hydraulic systems, air brake systems, trailer lights, and electrical wiring. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to identify problems and make needed repairs. Repair and maintain trailers, including working on axles and making adjustments. Read basic engineering drawings and instructions to complete assembly and repair work accurately. Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete a variety of hands-on mechanical and fabrication work. Paint and finish trailer parts and components as part of the production process.
Our Ideal Trailer Technician Mechanical Experience:
Bring hands-on experience with trailer or mechanical repair; 2+ years of welding or fabrication experience is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Experience with hydraulics, air brakes/DOT systems, or electrical systems is a plus.
Practical Skills:
Confidently use basic math, read a tape measure, and follow basic engineering drawings.
Physical Capability:
Able to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Additional Credentials:
A State Inspection License or Class A CDL is preferred but not required.
