Job Summary Reagle CDJR is seeking a skilled, motivated Certified Automotive Technician and entry-level technicians to join our award-winning service team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and committed to providing high-quality repairs and diagnostics on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles as well as all manufactured vehicles. Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs in accordance with Stellantis factory standards Utilize Stellantis diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and service software Perform multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly to service advisors Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly on repair orders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Stay current on Stellantis technical training, recalls, and service bulletins Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts, and management to ensure customer satisfaction Uphold Reagle CDJR's commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism Qualifications Stellantis (CDJR) Certification preferred but not required (Level 1-3 ); Master Tech a bonus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment High attention to detail and pride in quality artistry ASE certifications are a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What Reagle CDJR Offers Competitive compensation ( hourly based on experience and certifications) Ongoing Stellantis factory training and career advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Stable, family-oriented dealership with a strong reputation
