Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including engine systems, electrical components, and powertrain assemblies. Use automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and vehicle inspections. Repair diesel engines and modern automotive electrical systems with precision and attention to detail. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical problems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely to complete repairs efficiently. Maintain detailed service records, document repairs performed, and ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive engine technology and vehicle systems. Expertise in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), automotive diagnostics, and electrical troubleshooting. Proficiency in interpreting automotive wiring diagrams and schematics for accurate repairs. Skilled in diesel engine repair, engine system diagnostics, and powertrain maintenance. Knowledge of auto body repair processes and alignment procedures for optimal vehicle performance. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with mechanical repair techniques using various hand tools and power tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely during heavy lifting or vehicle maintenance activities. $27.16 - $32.71 per hour
