Job Description

Key Responsibilities Diagnostics:
Use advanced software to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system faults.
Repairs:
Rebuild, repair, and replace components including diesel engines, transmissions, and air brakes.
Maintenance:
Perform preventative service checks, oil changes, tune-ups, and wheel alignments.
Compliance:
Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with federal and state safety regulations.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date service logs and parts inventory records.
Required Qualifications Education:
High school diploma, GED, or vocational training in diesel technology.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience working on heavy-duty commercial trucks.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of diesel engines, air brake systems, and electronic diagnostics.
Physical Ability:
Capability to lift up to 50lbs and work comfortably in tight spaces or on your feet.
Certifications:
A valid driver's license (CDL is a major plus); ASE certifications are highly preferred. Rogers Group provides extensive benefits, strong compensation, and a safe, drug-free working environment.
