Job Description

Service Concierge
  • RV & Marine Service Department Cookeville RV & Marine Deliver an Experience Customers Will Never Forget At Cookeville RV & Marine, we believe outstanding customer service is just as important as outstanding repairs.
Every RV and boat that comes through our service department represents someone's vacation, weekend getaway, family memories, or time on the water. Our goal is to provide an experience that gives every customer complete confidence that their investment is in good hands. We're looking for a Service Concierge who is passionate about helping people and creating an exceptional customer experience. This is not a traditional Service Advisor position. Our Service Concierge is not responsible for ordering parts, dispatching technicians, or managing the service schedule. Instead, you'll become each customer's dedicated point of contact throughout the repair process—keeping them informed, answering questions, advocating on their behalf, and making sure they always feel valued. Position Summary The Service Concierge serves as the primary advocate for every customer throughout the repair process. You'll guide customers from drop-off through pickup by providing proactive communication, managing expectations, answering questions, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Why This Position Is Different Our Service Coordinator manages scheduling. Our Parts Department orders parts. Our Technicians perform repairs. Your job is to build relationships, communicate consistently, solve problems, and deliver concierge-level service. What You'll Do Welcome customers; create repair orders; serve as the customer's primary point of contact; provide regular updates; explain estimates, repairs and invoices; obtain repair authorizations; advocate for customers; resolve concerns professionally; follow up after delivery; maintain accurate records; stay current on recalls and warranty information. What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills, strong organization, multitasking ability, professionalism, computer skills, positive attitude, valid driver's license. Experience in RV, marine, automotive, hospitality, healthcare, retail, banking, property management, or other customer-focused industries is welcomed. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay, performance bonus opportunities, Monday-Friday schedule, rotating Saturdays, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, paid holidays, PTO, advancement opportunities, family-owned culture, and the opportunity to work around RVs, boats, camping, and the outdoor lifestyle every day. Schedule Full-Time In Person
