This is not an entry-level position. We need an experienced technician who can accurately diagnose vehicles, perform high-level repairs, and consistently produce 45-60 flagged hours per week . Compensation $45-$60 per flagged hour , based on experience, qualifications, diagnostic ability, and production Potential to earn approximately $150,000 or more annually Consistent workflow and strong car count Weekly pay by direct deposit Paid training and continuing education We will pay to relocate your toolbox to Super Tech Automotive Benefits Fully air-conditioned shop Paid vacation days after completing 90 days Paid sick/PTO days after completing 90 days Eligibility for our 401(k) plan after completing 90 days Company 401(k) match Five days off during Christmas Healthcare reimbursement stipend Paid holidays Paid training Company-provided uniforms Work-shoe allowance Modern equipment and diagnostic resources Strong service advisors and organized workflow Independently owned and growing repair shop What We Need The right technician must be able to: Consistently produce 45-60 flagged hours per week Diagnose electrical, drivability, mechanical, and computer-related problems Perform engine, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and other major repairs Complete thorough and accurate digital vehicle inspections Write clear diagnostic and repair notes Communicate effectively with service advisors Perform quality repairs with minimal comebacks Maintain an organized and professional workspace Take ownership of productivity, quality, and efficiency Work well with the entire shop team Required Qualifications Proven experience as an A-Level, Master, or highly experienced automotive technician Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Professional technician tools Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Verifiable employment and production history ASE certifications strongly preferred Ability to pass applicable background and drug-screening requirements Please Read Before Applying This position is only for an experienced, high-producing technician.
