What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and basic safety inspections Conduct multipoint inspections with clear notes and photos in our DMS Replace cabin/engine air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as needed Set and maintain proper tire pressures; patch/repair tires per guidelines Maintain a clean bay, properly dispose of oils/filters, and follow all safety procedures Communicate findings to Advisors quickly and professionally Road-test vehicles when required and follow repair orders precisely What We're Looking For Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn; prior lube/quick lane experience a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast pace Reliable, on-time, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail Comfortable using tablets/phones for inspections and checklists ASE G1/Entry-Level or Kia experience is a plus (not required) Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate + productivity/inspection bonuses (DOE) Paid training and Kia factory online certifications Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee pricing/discounts on service and vehicles Clear advancement path to Apprentice/Line Technician Note that this position requires passing of both a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
