Key Responsibilities Aftermarket & Fleet Upfitting Accessory Installation:

Install aftermarket accessories, including grille guards, bumper replacements, camper shells, leveling kits, suspension lift kits, running boards/steps, and wheel/tire packages.

Fleet Upfitting:

Service bodies, Police vehicles. Push bumpers, Emergency lighting, partitions, drawer systems. 12

V & Panel Work:

Disassemble and reassemble interior trim/panels; route and connect wiring for lighting, power systems, and electronic accessories safely and per spec.

Cross-Department Support:

Collaborate with specialty departments (window tinting, spray-in bed liners, specialty wiring) to meet daily delivery deadlines.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect completed jobs for correct operation, fit, and finish; troubleshoot defects and maintain clean installation standards. Shop & Logistics Support Transport vehicles safely to and from client or vendor locations. Maintain personal and shop tools, tracking inventory needs, and keeping workstations clean and organized. Follow all shop safety guidelines, including hazardous material handling and vehicle hoist operation.

Qualifications Experience:

Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in automotive repair, 12V electronics, 4x4 accessory installation, or fleet upfitting preferred.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using hand/power tools, reading wiring diagrams, and working with vehicle electrical systems.

Physical Ability:

Able to stand/walk for an entire shift, lift up to 70 lbs, and reach upper shelves/hoists using ladders or steps.

Driving Record:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DWI convictions within the past 3 years; capable of operating manual transmission if needed).
