Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaves our shop in optimal condition, providing our customers with safe, reliable transportation. We are also looking for someone who communicates and works well with other members of the team. Reliability is also highly important. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and suspension. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs professionally. Follow company procedures for documenting repair work thoroughly. Skills Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrains, transmissions, and diesel engine experience is a plus. Skilled in reading schematics and technical diagrams for precise troubleshooting. Familiarity with Mopar, Ford, and GM vehicle systems is highly desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools. $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
